amanda helped me after going threw a nightmare after we signed papers on a house and then the sellers backed out day after sending the down. my actual realtor went on maternity leave and set me up with amanda. in 1 day amanda showed me i think 5 houses and and i really didn't like them well my husband didn't. then at last moment we saw another and said could we look at this one and call it a day. well we went and that was the one. and she was amazing threw out the whole thing. she helped me step by step and made sure if it was something she couldnt answer she found the answers. i would recommend amanda 1000 times over.
